CONTESTANTS NEED TO KNOW
2. To Enter You Need to:
a- Please
prepare two (2) pounds of your Mach & Cheese recipe.
b- Bring
the dish to the Dimmick Inn at 11:30AM to set up your area which will be
designated by your name or restaurant Table Card in the Dining Room set aside
for the contest at the Dimmick Inn.
c-
Restaurants may display and hand out any promotional
material they desire. NOTE: Please
confirm with us at this site if there are any banners or other items other than
print materials you will be showing and distributing.
d- The
contest will run from NOON to 2PM
e- We
request, if possible that restaurants send out a member of their staff to serve
and discuss their recipe with taster/voters, and that Home Chiefs also be
present, to welcome taster/voters. NOTE:
If you cannot attend, we will supply servers.

What You Need to
Know:

THERE IS NO
ENTRY FEE.
·
This contest is a fund raiser for the Winter
Lights Festival.
·
The Dimmick Inn will provide electricity, chafing
dishes, silver ware and plates. Beverages will be available through their wait
staff.
·
First, Second and Third place winners will be selected
by a Taster/Ballot available for $5 at
the entrance to the Dining area.
·
Music will be provided by SPIRIT FAMILY
REUNION.
·
The contest will close at 2PM so ballots can be counted
and the top three winners selected, which is why we request, if possible, you
or a designate be present.
·
Third, Second and First place winners will be announced
at the Intermission of the Opening Ceremonies at Ann Street Park at
approximately 3:20 and will receive the sought after Noodle Award. The
Ceremonies begin at 3PM.
